The powerful jurist of Athens Solon had introduced for the first time on the world laws to protect the olive trees. The cooking recipes of the Greek gastronome Athenaios which is one of the fist cooking books of the world include meals prepared with olive oil. The olive tree defined in the three Holy Books is sacred for all religions. There are countless of legends about the olive tree….
